Casa il Picchio
Casa "il Picchio" is an old building that has maintained in the time the characteristics of the ancient agricultural houses of the zone and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the green hills and the Adriatic Sea. Has been complitely renovated in 2000 and is divided into 4 apartments, each one having two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with TV, bathroom and a private balcony or porch. Each apartment is provided with stove cookware, kitchenware and outdoor barbeque. Many animales (rabbit, peacocks, ducks, ecc.) lives free around the house. There is plenty of parking space available around the building.
Casa dei Conigli
The house "Casa dei Conigli" has been completely restored in 2011. Divided in four apartments of various dimensions on two floors – all with air conditioning – the building boasts a splendid view over the surrounding hills and over the sea. This house has been built with the most modern techniques, it is perfectly insulated and it has a pitch in the roof covered with solar and photovoltaic panels, which make it completely independent as far as the energy consumption is concerned.The house is situated on the top of the hill in a panoramic location at the end of a private path, is far from traffic roads but only 4 km from the beach that can be admired from the house.
